Many hardware items are used by multiple product lines and helpful notes are included to help guide our customers through the various options.
In particular our Linear Actuators, Conveyors, 40mm series Frame, and even Laser Safety Enclosures all use the same 8mm T-Slot. So, it is very easy for us to provide 70% of a functional machine/system to you already completely assembled.

General tips
Paletti hardware has been custom engineered specifically for our products, and is quick and simple to use. Our Central Fasteners are an excellent choice for most corner assembly needs. Our T-Nuts are commonly used in some corner assembly or other assembly needs. Particularly, the push-in T-Nuts are very useful and also offer the benefit of being installed and positioned after the rest of the assembly has been completed and with the option for mounting the assembly to other surfaces. With our larger frame sizes and heavier load applications, our Universal – T-Nut fastener combination is commonly used.

Glide-Sliding Blocks
Glider-sliding blocks are commonly used to join T-Slot frames together in parallel configurations. They are available with and without set screws. These latches are also sometimes used to provide basic linear guidance for sliding gates or any other applications that require the simple sliding of profiles.

Attachment Plates
Attachment plates are sometimes used to join to profile frames, re-inforce corner joints, or attach a profile frame to another surface. Our attachment plates are available in many shapes and sizes.

Spring Door Latches
Paletti spring door latches are particularly useful in perimeter fencing and guarding applications where swing doors are in use. The spring-sliding blocks securely catch and release the locking block as needed. The spring door latches fit right inside our 8mm T-Slot channels.
